What makes this program unique is that we don’t just jump right into the content. Social media is much more nuanced and it starts with having a deep understanding of your brand’s story. More importantly, dialing in how your story translates across social media platforms to both new and old followers is critical. The first week is all about setting the foundation by getting crystal clear on your company’s brand mission, values and story in 140 characters or less.
Week #2: Build a Community of Ideal Customers.
Building a loyal and high-quality following doesn’t happen overnight but it absolutely can happen! It’s always better to have a smaller group of high-quality followers than a ton of unengaged or uninterested followers. We’ll get really clear on who you are speaking to on social based on your ideal customer profiles. We will walk through techniques to ensure you are actively engaging with the right customers for your business.
Week #3: Become a Storyteller: Selecting the right platforms and developing a content strategy.
After week #1 and #2, we’ll have a clear understanding of your story and who you are telling it to. Week #3 is all about evaluating each platform to ensure you are active on the platforms your customers are most active on and generating a content plan for each platform.
Week #4: Amplify your Message: Advertising strategies and Metrics to Measure.
