Virtual Assistant (Contract)


Chipperfield Media is currently seeking a contract Virtual Assistant to work alongside our CEO. The ideal candidate should be reliable, work well independently, have strong editing skills, be well organized, with the ability to manage time effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a talented team in a growing company. This position is contract and will require approximately 20 hours per month to start with a large potential for growth. This role is virtual but local area candidates are encouraged.


  • Editing blog posts

  • Handle minor website edits and blog post upload. A familiarity with Squarespace is ideal.

  • Sourcing images for blogs and social media

  • Assist in scheduling CM social media posts

  • Drive the research efforts for multiple projects

  • Assist in scheduling calls

  • Manage contact lists

  • Assist in drafting the first round of proposals

  • Video editing skills a plus, but not required


  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Have strong editing skills

  • Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Calendar

  • Have technical knowledge of Squarespace

  • Have excellent project management and organization skills

  • Be able to learn quickly and able to adapt to change in fast pace environment

  • Have the ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines

  • Work well independently

  • Have a willingness to learn

  • Be a self-starter, result driven, independent thinker, and motivated to succeed


  • Flexible work schedule to meet requirements

  • Familiar with video editing platform

  • Minimum 1 year experience in writing and editing

  • Minimum 1 year experience working as a VA
